New book by Mark Sanborn

Just starting to read a new book from my talented friend Mark Sanborn on leadership titled, "You don't need a TITLE to be a leader."

Perfect little book for sitting and reflecting on the beach. Even if that is not the case, if you desire to be a leader in your life, career, or community invest in this book and then follow Mark's advice. I do!
